Data Deletion Request

Palmer Lead Machine is a service operated by Palmer Roofing Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your right to control your personal information, including the right to have it deleted.

How to request deletion of your data

To request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at:

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

The name you provided, and
The email address and/or phone number you used when you submitted your inquiry.

We use these details only to locate and verify your records.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity.
We will delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain records (for example, for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes).
We will let you know once your request has been completed.

A note about Business Clients

If your inquiry was submitted through an advertisement run for one of our business clients (a home-improvement or solar company), that company may also hold a separate copy of your information. When applicable, we will forward your deletion request to them so they can act on it as well.
